Katherine M. M. Lukela
Founding Partner
Katherine M.M. Lukela practices in all areas of family law to include divorce, post-divorce, paternity, temporary restraining orders, guardianships, adoptions, premarital agreements, and child custody and support. Ms. Lukela is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in 2006 and her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2010.
Erin M. Kobayashi
Founding Partner
Erin M. Kobayashi has devoted her entire legal career to the practice of family law in Hawaii. She practices in all areas of family law to include divorce and post-divorce matters (including child custody, child support, property division, and alimony issues), paternity matters, adoptions, and guardianships. Ms. Kobayashi received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2002 and her Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii in 2011.
Cassandra B. Bagay is a family law attorney with extensive experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, post-divorce, paternity, temporary restraining orders, guardianships, and child custody and child support. She is a graduate of Iolani School and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Williams College in 2010. Ms. Bagay went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2014 from the William S. Richardson School of Law - University of Hawai’i. During law school, Ms. Bagay served on the boards of several community outreach organizations, including Law for Youth Empowerment, Students for Public Outreach and Civic Education, and the Filipino Law Students Association.
